Workout This past week, I made it to the gym three times. I did workouts for legs, back, and arms.Continuing last week’s trend, I went up in weights, reps, or both. I am incredibly proud of myself for this. It means I’ve been holding myself back and that’s not something I plan on doing anymore. I also know that I will be hitting my ceiling on these exercises pretty soon, but that’s a good thing. Then I will know concretely what to work...
Workout I made it to the gym three times this past and knocked out workouts for arms, shoulders, and legs. I manged to ramp up weights, reps, or both in some cases. I was pretty proud of myself. I also had a goal of doing 20 minutes of cardio three times this week. I managed only two and three quarters. The three quarters comes from trying to do cardio the same day as leg day. I could only get through 15 minutes out of the 20 before my right...

I made sure I got most of my workouts in and didn’t make any excuses for why things didn’t get done. I also learned my limits with eating. I learned not to eat too low for my present weight and not to eat beyond my limit. When I do either of...
Workout No workout today. I woke up this morning with all sorts of soreness. My hamstrings are tight and feel strained. Caloric Intake/Macronutrients My calorie intake was balanced today. I made it just 41 calories under my limit for the...
Workout I woke up bright and early this morning and headed to the gym for the back routine of my superhero workout. I am very proud of myself because I went up on two exercises and will be going up on a third the next go around. Pull ups on the assisted pull up machine are still a bear for me. That’s expected though when you weigh 240 pounds on a five foot one frame. I went up 40 pounds on my barbell deadlifts. I definitely need to start...
